At Phi we are building the next-gen decentralised identity layer for web3, empowering communities to express their on-chain identity. Our mission is to allow every web3 user to visualize and showcase their on-chain identity based on their wallet activity.

In under a year, Phi has experience remarkable growth with 4.1 million NFT’s minted, 270k unique users and collaborations with 65+ protocols. PhiLand has proven that users have a real interest in expressing their on-chain identity, so now we are focusing on giving our users more variety, control and creativity with their identity. e

We are in the midst of building Phi Protocol and The Board which will allow community driven credential creation and allow us to bring millions of users to Phi.

About the Role

With a focus on world-class UX and community, you'll take ownership of creation, deployment and management of smart contracts. The smart contracts must be efficient, scalable, secure, easy to audit, yet efficient in terms of deployment, execution, and maintenance.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with several industry partners and integrate their services/products into Phi to create a proof system for on-chain activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in smart contract development and solidity engineering.
• Proficiency in Solidity. Experience with Rust/Cairo is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism + other EVM chains with hands on experience deploying dApps.
• Experience building with Foundry/Hardhat, Tenderly, and other advanced smart contract development tools and testing frameworks.
• Fluent in English (other languages is a bonus!)

Major plus if you have experience in:

• Creating decentralised social, identity or digital ownership platforms
• Background in mathematics and/or cryptography
• Has experience developing Solidity Smart Contracts and protocols (audit experience ++)
• Has experience analyzing on-chain data
• Has experience with diamond-contract
• Building/Mentoring at hackathons
