PHI Labs Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates PHI (philand.xyz, phiprotocol.xyz) (hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”) or and use our platform, applications, or developer tools (collectively the “Services”), you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 2. Definitions

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We gather personal information that you voluntarily share with us when you register for our Services and show an interest in learning more about us or our products and services. This includes:
- Transactions: We keep a record of the transactions your Wallet conducts on our platform. These transactions are linked to your Wallet's public key address.
- Customer Support: We may collect additional information that you disclose to our customer support team.
- User-Generated Content: This includes photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information you generate, transmit, or make available on the Services, along with associated metadata. Metadata encompasses details about how, when, where, and by whom the content was collected and formatted or edited. It also includes information that users can add, such as keywords and geographical data. Users have the opportunity to create personalized web pages for User-Generated Content, and to display your created or collected art ("The Board"). We cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain. You will be prompted to confirm a transaction in your Wallet for any User-Generated Content that will be stored onchain.
- Job Applications: We may post job openings on our Services. If you respond by submitting your application, CV, and/or cover letter, we will use your information to evaluate your qualifications.
